I might be having time out...

Is it because we are an island nation, that we are drawn to the sea? Or is it the magnetic pull of the tides? Or its bewitching moods? Whatever the reason, this week, I’m enjoying time at the coast.
I’ve attended a 3 day Abstract Landscape course with artist Sam Boughton - more of which in a later post - and am having some extra days R & R.

Did you always dream of being an artist? I didn’t. A typical pony-mad girl, I had visions of galloping around the cross-country course at the Badminton Horse Trials - the pinnacle of the eventing world… As teenagers, my sister and I were lucky enough to have our own ponies…
